The Lakes Marina Project is much more than simply providing berthing for watercraft. It is an ecosystem designed to bring accessibility to the lake in a safe and practical manner. This will encourage an alternate mode of transportation, while servicing the local as well as the tourism and adventure industries.
Queenstown Marina will be a full service, world class Marina. Located on the shores of New Zealand’s most scenic lake Wakatipu, it will offer a full range of services to cater to every need. The Marina will accommodate both long term and short term users:
The following Rules have been established by Lakes Marina Projects Ltd (LMP) to provide for efficient and harmonious operation of Queenstown Marina as well as for the safety and enjoyment of the Berth holders and visitors to the Marina.
Single, full service berths with power, water, wifi are available for boat sizes from 8m to 18m lengths.

Select berths are available for use by commercial operators. These can be leased stand alone or in conjunction with commercial buildings.
Short term and day boaters can moor their vessels and use marina services on daily or weekly rates.
A fuelling service is available at fuel pumps located on the breakwater. Both Diesel and Petrol are available by use of a self service pump. Marina users can use either side of the breakwater to fuel. The general public may fuel their vessels on the outside of the floating attenuator.
PUMP OUT SERVICE
A sewage pump out will be located adjacent to the fuel pumps.
A wide spectrum of marine related and Marina services including food and beverage will also be provided, either by Marina management or by independent vendors.
Access to a private VIP facility is available by membership. The club facilities will be located on the water and feature full services with additional food and beverage service available from independent vendors. The club can be used for meetings, gatherings, and private functions. Reservation in advance would be required.
Valet cleaning and maintaining services can be provided at an additional charge to ensure users can keep their vessels well maintained and ready to go.
Public areas of the Marina will be open to the public during normal business hours. The entire Marina facility will be under video surveillance and access to berths will be strictly controlled via an access control system. The parking facilities will also be access controlled.
A secure parking facility which can be used by both Marina clients and the general public is conveniently situated in close proximity to the Marina.
